Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways. Fixoji does not store or process card, UPI, or bank details on its servers.
6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fixoji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or services. You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Fixoji. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
